Ready to spell your way to the top?

Hagwow is bringing learners together for the December Cebu Spelling Bee, a live spelling competition designed to challenge vocabulary, confidence, and quick thinking.

Whether spelling is already a favorite subject or this is a learner’s first competition, the event is a chance to step up, compete, and have fun alongside other members of the Hagwow community.

What to expect

Participants will compete through a series of spelling rounds, with words becoming more challenging as the tournament progresses.

Learners can expect:

• Multiple rounds of competition

• Age- and grade-appropriate spelling challenges

• A live tournament environment

• Recognition for top performers

• Plenty of opportunities to meet other Hagwow learners

Who can join?

Registration is open to eligible Hagwow learners based on the tournament’s grade and participation requirements.

Places may be limited, so families are encouraged to register early. If all available places are filled, eligible learners may be placed on the waitlist.

How registration works

Registration takes place directly inside the Hagwow app.

Open the event, review the tournament details, complete the registration form, and have a parent or guardian confirm the signup.

Once registration is complete, the event will appear under My Registrations in Hagwow.
