Delete your Hagwow account

You can delete a Hagwow account and its data at any time. Hagwow is operated by Hagwow Inc..

Delete it in the app

1. Open Hagwow and sign in as the parent or guardian.
2. Go to More, then Parents.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm.

To remove only one learner and keep the rest of the account, choose that learner and delete the learner profile.

Or ask us to delete it

If you cannot open the app, email hello@hagwow.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• The parent account and its email address
• Every learner profile on the account: nickname, avatar, grade, and optional details
• Learning activity: lessons, answers, scores, XP, streaks, coins, stickers, badges, and ranks
• Friends, club memberships, and leaderboard entries

Deletion is permanent. Progress cannot be restored.

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires
• Reports and safety records about misuse, where we need them to protect other users
• Learning data with all identifiers removed, which can no longer be linked to you or your child
• Backup copies, which are removed as backups expire, within 30 days

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it first in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, or you may be charged again.

Delete some data without deleting the account

To ask for specific data to be removed while keeping the account, email hello@hagwow.com and tell us what you would like deleted.
